Too many redirects in order.php?step=2 with guest checkout

Hello

 

In my shop at the guest checkout there is failure in step 2 due to "too many redirects".

 

You can see for yourself

Any ideas?

Hi agiropoulostauros,

Can you please try setting your checkout process to "One page checkout" in the Preferences tab of your Back Office and let me know if the issue persists?

Thank you for the quick responce.

I change to one page checkout and error id_country

is required.

The checkbox for country and state selection is missing though so i can't input the required data

Mike i tried these suggestions and had no luck.

I tried deleting all carriers and make a new one but now the country selection disappeared in the the new customer form also.

 

I don't understand the relation between the carriers and the country selection during registration.

Maybe i should tell that i use a purchased theme.

 

Any ideas?

In that case, can you please try switching temporarily to the default theme and let me know if that works any better for you?

I switched and no luck.Still no country selection and

There is 1 error(s):
id_country is required.

 

error occured.
