0 jade_dev
I seem to have this problem still in IE 8 - when I click on Forum under the Community tab, the sign in page briefly appears, then the white screen and there is a javascript error triangle in the bottom left corner. I had to use Firefox to log in and post this.

0 Patric
@jade_dev Do you still encounter that problem? Did you try to empty your browser cache? And please, next time, avoid posting in a [solved] topic and create a new one, else it may go unnoticed. Thanks.
0 jade_dev
@ patric Codron I deleted browsing history - I am not sure if this cleared the cache or not but yes I still have the problem. Cannot use the forum at all in IE8. Apologies for replying in a solved thread and I am not sure if I should be replying here now but as you have used this thread I guess its ok. Please could you instruct how to clear the cache if deleting browser history is not the way? Thanks

In IE9, I believe it is actually called Temporary Internet Files: I hope this helps. -Mike
0 Patric
Yes, it should be good. In the browsing history the cache corresponds to the Temporary Internet Files. EDIT : wow, 2 Community Managers only for you!
0 jade_dev
I am honoured by having 2 community managers So yes I did clear the cache then and I closed the browser too for good measure but the problem persists. If I click on the link to this thread from the email then I briefly see this page for about 1 second then it disappears. the error text is as follows: Message: 'nodeType' is null or not an object Line: 11 Char: 10398 Code: 0 URI: http://www.prestashop.com/libs/no-conflict.php?url=libs%2Fmin%2F%3Fb%3Djs%26f%3Dmain.js%2Chandler.js%2Cjquery.easing.1.3.js%2Cjquery.colorbox-min.js%2Cjquery-ui-1.8.16.custom.min.js%2Csearch.js&allow_cdn=0 I hope this helps
