[request feature] Free shipping by carrier, zone and range depending cart value

Hello,

 

I request a new feature in prestashop, because we're a lot of people to have problems to return free shipping to customers with accuracy, especially when using 2 or more carriers and zones.

 

I mean, shipping cost are not the same for a local delivery than a national and internationnal one. So free shipping should reflect this!

 

So I suggest a track of solution more "user friendly":

 

- Adding a "Free shipping" menu (in the "Carrier" menu).

- Use the same form than the "Fees" panel, but instead of entering the shipping cost (depending zones and ranges), just choose the minimum cart value to return free shipping in every case.

- Adding a new entry in the database (for exemple "ps_free_shipping" with using the id_zone, id_carrier and id_range_weight).

- Modify the // Free fees php function in cart.php

The problem with the forge, that's there is more dev than merchants on it, that means the quality code of prestashop increase faster than the productivity functions, and that's only our fault (to us, the merchants). So if you are merchants, please, ask more features on the forge!
