pepperr
HI, there i write for third time with BIG hope to get an answer, finaly. Our company has 8 prestashop's installed and working. My job is to make them work, but i can't. Since installed SSL our problems started. So far one week has past, i notice following MAJOR problems under https:// 1. If friendly URL is enabled - all product pictures (not logos, not home page image), just products are missing. And some of the pages like history.php got 404 server error page not found Solution for now: we have turned off friendly url ( we don't like to be like that) 2. When Products are added to cart and go to checkout if you have wrong number of products, you can not control them, if you hit "+" or "-" or remove icon it says "Error: can not delete product" Solution: No solution 3. The last problem is with google checkout call back, never receive order in beck end, I tried to generate .htacces file in module's folder as it is known bug fix, but no success. Solution: No solution We are fast growing company located in USA, we look forward to have over 300 prestashops everyone under one domain name. Now it's time to help us if you want to keep us in your lovely team.
phrasespot
i write for third time...1. IMHO, and do not take this as an insult please...with that scale PS deployment, it would be in your company's best interest to make the necessary investment to employ someone/a company who understands inner workings of PS very well, full time, to run everything smoothly. You will find several such people/companies in these forums and PS guys will be happy to point you to a reliable one in the US as well. As you have found out yourself, it may be difficult to find solutions to some problems even when multiple posts in multiple forums on the same problem are made.
