I have opened the order-steps.tlp and discovered that that is part of the order.php page but It also has breadcrumbs and they are not included in that particular page?! J It depends on if you're using 5-step checkout or One Step Checkout. If you're using One Step Checkout, the breadcrumbs are not needed because the entire process is all on one page.
