sexydexie
Dear any expert, Is theme 1.4.5x compatible with PS1.4.7? and will it compatible with coming PS1.5? Is that mean whenever PS upgraded to certain version, it will require New theme which compatible with it's version? Otherwise, a shop can't be upgraded? Mike Kranzler
Hi sexydexie, Theme 1.4.5x was actually originally built to be the new default theme starting in version 1.5. However, we wanted to give you guys a sneak peak at it, so we made it compatible with version 1.4.5 and up. You shouldn't have any issues using it in any version between 1.4.5 and our upcoming release of 1.5, and it will come as the new default theme when you upgrade 1.5, so you shouldn't have any issues there as well. I hope this helps. -Mike
sexydexie
Thanks Mike. What i meant is for v1.4.5x 3rd party theme.. I asked bcoz the chat-support from templatemonster told me it's not compatible and i need 1.4.7 theme for PS1.4.7.. So i need confirmation that it's also compatible with PS1.4.7 -1.5? or they juz tried to sell me service for upgrading a theme ($300)?

We can't guarantee compatibility when it comes to anything developed externally that isn't sold through our Addons store, as we have no way of monitoring every single PrestaShop module and theme posted across the internet. Could you please post a link to the theme in question? -Mike
