how to add "English" and "Chinese" word under the flags?

below the attach file is my web homepage, we can see there are two flag on the top, one is Canada flag, means the web language is English; another is China flag, means the web language is Chinese, because it is not too clear to let the customers know there are tow languages on my web, so is that possible we can add the "English" word under the Canada flag, and add the "Chinese" word under the China flag, any one can help me? I will really appreciate you help, because I think it is very important for my web, thanks.

As Phrasespot said, thanks not to duplicate your posts/topics.

 

It only makes it harder for user to read the forum and find solutions.
