Specific Price not changing Final Retail Price

I have created a 'Specific Price' for one product giving it a 10% Discount in all Currency, all Countries, and all Groups. The added 'Specific Price' shows the new discount price but this is not reflected in the 'Final Retail Price', which remains the same as it was within the category form and on the product page in the store ... I can add a pretty On Sale sign but the price has not changed.

I have similar issue: Back Office Catalog > 3. Prices "Add a new specific price"

When adding rule: Currency: ALL, Country: Netherlands, Group: ALL, Price: €999,-

(Current: € 37,82)

No change in final price, I looks like "Country" is not recognized . Any suggestions on resolving this issue?

i am having similar problem too.. special price i set did not work. it's like nothing happened.. been trying to solve this problem for a while. please help. i tried clearing the cache like sugested by some people but it still doesnt work.
