No Payment modules showing - help needed

Hi,

 

I have just started using Prestashop and when I want to enable payments,

 

In the back office, I click on the payment tab, where I see Payments Module list

I then click on that and this takes me to the Modules tab where I get a

blank page with no modules listed.

 

Can anyone tell me how I get these modules to show please?

Hi Peter,

if possible, change your config/config.inc.php to show errors, recreate the problem and post the errors here.

Can I ask what version of Prestashop you are using? There was an issue recently with the 'paysafecard' module. Try deleting this module from the Modules folder then reloading the module tab.

HI Thanks for the replies.

 

I do not know what the exact problem was but I got around it by downloading the latest version of Prestashop and re-uploading it to the server.

I was lucky enough to have only just installed the version I had and not customised anything yet, so was not a big problem.
