MANY FIX'S (Customization+503 Bad Gateway)

I want to start by saying thank you to all who made and help make prestashop what it is. Very amazing product. But I have a few ideas/tweaks/problems that I have came across since I have been using this. Here goes, hope someone can help!

The problem I am coming across, since I've updated to 1.4.7.2 from 1.4.6.x is, I have customization "text" box's set on the item page. When I go to click 'save' and 'add to cart' it will not save, and takes me to a 502 Bad Gateway.

 

The Second issue is, I sell phone pins for pre paid accounts/ i need to enter multiple pins on the download section, but i can only have 1 file to specify as a download per sale.

 

The third issue is, uploading a 'file' on the customization section. People want to be able to upload there PDF bill instead of filling out 21 text box's of information. But, no PDF can be uploaded as it is specific to jpg/gif/png images only. Also, even if they uploaded any of those, it doesn't bypass the text entering of 21 box's. They would still have to enter all there info plus upload this. There should be an 'if' option, to where 'if' this is only needed = then the text is not.

 

Finally, removing the word 'texts' and 'file' from the navi bar for the fields listed. I dont think 'customization' and 'select a file' need the words 'text' and file' needed for these sections, and if some want them removed how would they remove them.

 

Thank you all for your time, and hope you/someone can help me. As customers cannot place orders right now, As I have tried almost every other e-com. type and Prestashop hands down is the best. (from Lemon, Volus, Magento, ect..) I've tried them all, prestashop takes the cake and then some!
