Help!: Anyone know how do a 2-letter search? I would like to pull up the results by 2 letters.

Hi my shop has many items with numbers after the same title.

For example,

hamberger 1, hamberger 2,........, hamberger 111, hamberger 112...

So the product name does not change, only the numbers.

 

but but when I search for the item with 2 digit numbers, different results will come up.

But it works fine with 3 digit numbers...

 

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Back Office > Preferences > Search > Minimum word length (in chars) = 2, though this will tax the search and pollute the search results; just 'hamberger 112' would add 10 rows to the serch index

Thanks but it's not acurate either.. Hum I wish I can see the right result.. I tired to add tags such as "hamberger" "21" for "hamberger 21" but it would never work. But thank you for your help.

I fixed this issue by changing the Minimum word length to "2"

and wrting the 2 digit number in the reference number
