Order can’t be completed.

Hello to everyone, I have a problem with my shop, suddenly without making any changes or installing any modules, occurs a problem with the “order procedure”, when customer reach to the last step “Confirm order” and pressing the button, the Prestashop does nothing but an empty screen. No email, no any confirmation screen, nothing, of course the order is not added anywhere, I can see it only in the “Carts” option of back office. Do anyone have any idea about this issue? Thank you in advance.

Hi George,

In your config/config.inc.php file, please set "display_errors" to "on" and reload the page, and let me know what error message you receive when you try this process again.

Can you please try temporarily switching to the PrestaShop default theme and let me know if the issue persists?
