New with Image Cache Issues

Hello,

 

I just started using Presta after a few years so basically new.

 

I changed an image in the home text editor, I see the change in editor but it refuses to change on the home page, I refresh the browser, restart my computer but it does not change.

 

I am thinking it has to do with the cache, I turned off the cache but still nothing changes.

 

New products show right away just the editor image.

 

Any idea how to get this to show.

Please disregards, I have been working in chrome but when I view in IE and FF the changes are there.

 

It seems my settings in chrome is not refreshing the site.
