Editing and moving the wishlist

Hi I would like to start using the wishlist module but it looks pretty messy when I enable it.

Ive attached a pic

Firstly how do I edit the look of it so its no a big ugly red line? And secondly Id like it to neatly fit in the to bottom right of the page where there is already a gap next to new products and top sellers. At the moments its put a but bar through the lot.
