GoGoMo
You need to register with a hosting provider e.g. http://asmallorange.com then upload the Prestashop files from the zip to your VPS server via FTP once you have the server properly set up and database set up. You can also utilize Softaculous to install Prestashop on your VPS server. Double check with your hosting provider to confirm if they already have Softaculous installed on cpanel otherwise you will have to install Softaculous yourself. If you're not comfortable with server side (Linux) then get a experience developer to install Prestashop for you. Once you've done this then you can work on designing your site or outsource the design aspect to a professional if you're not technical with HTML, CSS, etc.
El Patron
a free online shop... why not learn, if you don't know already, how to run PrestaShop or any other website on your local computer? This way you can learn if this is the e-commerce platform for you and won't need a url and hosting space to try it out. If you decide to go this route, please search for installing on your localhost or post your question on a new thread.
