Module to display phone number or a graphic?

I am looking to have our phone number displayed on the right side bar above the cart.

Is there a module that I can use to accomplish this? Or is there a module to display a small graphic in the side bar? Thanks

i have created this module for purposes like this. It creates a block that you can position in left or right column. Then using the module configuration, you can add any test (html supported) you wish to appear.
