Guest checkout voucher

Hi,

I have created a public voucher usable only once, I realized that the same customer repeatedly buys and uses the guest account can use it forever.

Is normal or bug?

Hi PianetaModellismo,

I haven't heard of this before, but it makes sense if you only have one voucher code that all Guest Checkout users can redeem. Have you tried assigning the voucher to the default customer group rather than all customers? This will force users to register in order to use the voucher, and therefore will be unable to use it again.

In my site I have created a welcome discount coupon for all customers that it can only be used once.

 

I could use it also with the guest account.

 

The problem is that prestashop doesn't control if a guest user already exists, so the discount coupon can be used at all times.

Could you please post a screenshot of your voucher settings so that I can look into this for you?

I face same problem. I'd like to use the voucher for 1 time per person only (hope for only member if possible).

This site can do guest purchase. I tried to use with this coupon with guest account. But I still can use it with same guest account....

Any solutions???

Hi isl-hk,

As I mentioned above, your best options will either be to create unique, one-time use vouchers or not allow vouchers to be used in Guest Checkout.
