Error Changing address during check out

Hello everyone,

 

I am having a problem with my store. If a customer goes to check out and doesn't change his address, the check out goes with no problem all the way through. But if he tries to change to deliver on a different address, an error shows up saying it was not possible to save the address and it doesn't go to the next step, wich would be to select a carrier.

Log out and on again does not clear the problem.

 

I found some solutions on this forum, but for ps versions above 1.4.... mine is 1.3.6 and the solutions didn't work for me.

 

Can anybody help me? Its been like that for days and I am getting complains from some customers.
