how to change "Quantity in stock" number?

I am building my online store now, now I have a question: for example, I have one product with the "Quantity in stock" I setup is 20 at begin, but it is my fault , no this product in stock yet, so the fact is the "Quantity in stock" should be 0, later, I got in 10 this products, now I want to change the "Quantity in stock" from 20 to 10 I found I couldn't do it, anyone can help me where I can change the "Quantity in stock" of the product depend on whatever the number I want ? thanks.

Edit the product in question and about half way down just below where yoiu entered your prices you will see an area labeled

stock movement.

To the right is a drop down with options to increase, decrease and several others, choose in your case decrease and put 10 in the text box to the right of drop down, this will decrease your stock by 10. (click save at bottom of page)

Hi - I have the same problem. When I edit the product there is nothing that says stock movement.  Could you please help me?
