How to setup shipping

Hi,

I'm having a very hard time trying to set up the shipping.

I'm in Australia.

When I go to put a test order into the system it always stops at the shipping screen showing this message:

There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address!

I have tried everything to get it to work. Obviously I haven't found the right thing.

Can I have some help please.

I have found the solution, but in doing so have raise another problem and question.

It turns out that when I registered myself as a customer I clicked on the drop down menu box/list for countries and selected Australia. SEE PHOTOS BELOW

The problem is that there are two entries in the box for Australia. And guess what. One has a listing for STATE and one does not.

The one I registered with did not have the state listed, therefore it would not find a carrier.

But now I have the problem of having two Australia listing in the box. How do I remove the bad one?

I'm having the same problem and everything is in order.

The carrier is set to zone Oceania, Australia is part of the Oceania Zone but every time I reach the checkout, I'm greeted with -- "There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address!"

I've installed the latest version 1.2.3 and nothing I do will change the error I receive. The only way past it is if I change the country to something else which isn't useful as the store I'm setting up will only be shipping within Australia.
