Cant connect to the back office

hello there, im new using prestashop, i just downloaded it and installed it on my localhost, but i cant connect to the admin.

 

For security reasons, you cannot connect to the Back Office until after you have:

 

- delete the /install folder

- renamed the /admin folder (eg. /admin181)

 

Please then access this page by the new url (eg.

http://www.domain.tld/admin181)

 

obiously i deleted the install folder and i havent changed the admin folder, i reinstalled it many times and still cant connect
