Adding extra fee

Does anyone know of a module or have a code hack to achieve the following.

 

On the one page checkout add a section that offers rush shipping for a fee.

 

Example customer is checking out and is given option for rush processing for 5$ if they check the box the order updates to show rush processing and amount is auto updated.

I bought a module from a Prestashop developer. The module does not seem to work & the developer does not respond to my questions.

If it worked it would be the perfect solution.

The developer seems to be in Turkey. He is educated in Singapore however his responsibility towards his product seems to be "NILL"

If anyone speaks Turkish may be they can visit his main web site http://www.bvkyazilim.com & get him to response. The product idea is nice.

Yes it works perfectly.

Install the module .

Install the override & it will work perfectly.

You mean the module comes with a class/controller that has to be installed in the override directory?

yes it does. It is in the zip file provided by the developer.
