How to change where an element is displayed, header, footer, columns ect..

Hello there, I am looking for some serious help. Im am a sort of noob when it comes to this area but I have set myself out on a task to change what I need.

 

Okay so my main problem is that In my category pages I need the "category image" and the "breadcrumb" to appear under my menu bar in the Header.

 

Now I have tried various things but I just cant seem to make it happen. I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction on what to do.

Now obviously I dont want to just edit the Operating Systems category. I want this to be the same with all my categories.

 

I managed to get the layout I want in Google Inspect Elements but this was by dragging the whole clock of code into the header section. Please can someone help me. I have been stuck with this for weeks. If you would like any more information please just ask. I shal upload images of that I want it to look like, If you want to se any code please just ask. Okay so nobody has an answer? I really need this, can some one please help me :/

 

Basically stuff the breadcrumb I can do that later, all I want is for my category image to stretch the width of the page, aslong as the left canter and right column appear below it. Please help someone
