Need developer to upgrade Prestashop & adapt new theme (purchased)

I currently have a Prestashop 1.3.6 store but it was installed by myself (not an expert) so it has some bugs and I want to upgrade to the latest version of PS. Recently an upgrade attempt was made but the developer did not complete the project and said he encountered image generation problem on upgrade, so must be able to solve this.

 

Custom Theme/Module Development: I would like to give the site its own unique look & feel along with some modules like unlock deal of the week/day when certain amount of orders are reached (similar to fashionclic.com). Looking for a web 2.0 theme with easy UI.

 

I've purchased a theme (http://prestadesigne...estashop-theme/) but I'd prefer something custom if we can workout a budget or else this will need to be adapted to suit our logo colours and design.

 

I will require a 100% bug free store to be handed over. I will need to see a test version of the completed site and once satisfied we can transfer to the Live site.

 

I would like to add some modules for accounting/bookkeeping, so any suggestions/ideas welcome.

I want to let you know before you start that carrying out a database at PrestaShop is very difficult, so you should be sure before stating that you are ready to reupload something. Also not al modules that you use for your old version are created for a new one.
