kronart.dk
Hi I recently purchased a theme from Templatemonster.com. I used a "one click" install from my webhost, and got Prestashop installed really fast, and really easily. I now took the folders (img, modules, themse) including files from my theme, and transferred them to the root of my store. I said yes, to all the questions about replacing. I then went into phpmyadmin, chose the database, then clicked import, choose the "dump.sql" and ran it. Everything was succesful. I did all of this twice, and both times I got this result: http://kronart.dk/ No pictures are being shown? I am no coding wizz, however I do know a little, but absolutely none that allows me to see a way out of this problem. Any advice?
Dh42
It is actually best to zip all of these things and install them rather than just copying them over. You might try that, especially with the modules.
kronart.dk
Thank you. I tried that though, installed the Theme Installer. I zipped the 3 folders img, modules, and themes. But the Theme installer tells me "Bad configuration file", whatever that means.
Dh42
It could mean the theme is not meant for your version of prestashop. that would be why you are having problems
kronart.dk
Unfortunately that is not the case either. As the theme is good for 1.4.7.x and I'm running 1.4.7.0. Dang it!!
kronart.dk
Okay, now it seems the problem might be with the host. I tried putting up a picture in the root, and it's unable to show this one too: http://kronart.dk/pumba.jpg
Dh42
Hmm. that is strange. What are you using to upload them? You are not uploading them in ASCII are you?
