disturbedpl Posted March 28, 2012 Share Posted March 28, 2012 In prestashop, is there a FREE (no fees from third party) checkout method that I can use in order to accept Direct Debit, Debit Card, Credit Card and etc payments? I am planning to use Prestashop for my webhosting website but am unsure about it as I cannot find anything that mentions a free payment method. Using third party payment services would cause me to lose quite a lot of revenue as of the prices of the web hosting I would be offering, therefore a paid checkout method would not be ideal. Dh42 Posted March 28, 2012 Share Posted March 28, 2012 The simple answer is no. The only option you would have is people sending you cash in the mail. Every payment company charges money because, well, that is how they make their money. If your margins are so tight that 2% is going to kill you, then your business model is flawed. Also as someone that does webhosting, go with paypal for your main payment.
