Editing my page layouts, Modules ect... (Seriously Stuck)

Hey guys I have run into alot of trouble trying to change the layout of specific pages... in this example I am going to use the main page I want to edit...I will add images to the bottom and hopefully some one can help me or point me in the right direction.

 

Okay so on my Catagories (Lets Say "Operating Systems") this page shows all the items in the catagory I want to edit the layout of most of the things when this page is open the first Images is what it looks like now. and the second is what I want it to look like. I just need to files I need to edit to make the certain things move around.

 

Now I have performed this using google chrome in the editor and I have got it looking just about how I want. Now I obviously had to change for example the "Breadcrumb" into the header instead of body... this is what I dont get, How do i change this?
