Mike Kranzler
Hi satrops, Can you please provide a link to the file you're trying to download? -Mike
Mike Kranzler
Hi satrops, First of all, unless specifically requested, please keep all discussions on your issue within this thread, not over PM. This is a community resource, and others who may have this issue in the future would appreciate the opportunity to find the solution as well. As for your issue, all I need is a link, screencast or something else that will allow me to see this error for myself, as I cannot access your Back Office in this sort of situation. Can you also please try to describe the exact issue in more detail? Are you trying to download your own product after uploading it, or is the issue something else? -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi satrops, Have you searched for the file via FTP, using the path mentioned in your screenshot? And what kind of file are you trying to upload, exactly? -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi satrops, I'm unable to replicate this on my end. Could you please PM me with a copy of the file you're trying to upload so that I can try to replicate your exact situation? Additionally, what version of PrestaShop are you using? -Mike
satrops
I am tried to upload with Chrome, and it succeeded. The problem was in OPERA not in PrestaShop. Thanks for help. DONT USE OPERA
