intername
Hey, I am running Prestashop v1.4.3. My issue is that when I try to add an images to a product it has stopped showing me the thumbnails of the new images I add the back office. http://xn--4dbclw4a8...mages_Issue.png - I have also attached the snapshot. You can see in this screenshot that the system seems to "think" that I have added images since you can see in parenthesis that it has recognized that there are 10 photos. In the front office (website) you can see all 10 photos appear for the product: http://xn--4dbclw4a8...p?id_product=10 Now I cannot delete the photos since I can't see them in the back office and it looks horrible on the website. This is something new that suddenly started occurring and I have no idea what could have caused this. Any suggestions? Thanks, Michael
Mike Kranzler
Hi Michael, Can you please try switching temporarily to the default PrestaShop theme and then let me know if the issue persists? -Mike
intername
Hey, I've inherited this problem from another developer. It seems as though this is the only theme currently installed. Where can I find the default Prestashop theme? Do you want me to maybe install any other theme to check the issue? Thanks, Michael
intername
Changing to another theme solved it!!! Now all pics appear in the back office. You are a genius!

intername
Quick Question - how can I figure out why the other theme isn't showing it correctly? Not that this is critical...
Mike Kranzler
Quick Question - how can I figure out why the other theme isn't showing it correctly? Not that this is critical... You would likely need to check with the original developer of that theme. It's likely some sort of compatibility issue, but he would be the best one to ask about this. -Mike
