justdogwalking.com
Hi Is there a way one can set PS so that if one clicks on the customers email address in the top left of their account area it opens the PS mail server instead of the IE default server? I want emails to be seen to be sent from My PS not my private mail server. Thanks
tomerg3
What do you mean by PS email, do you mean order messages (that can be sent when you view an order from the backoffice)?
justdogwalking.com
Hi Tomerg3 Thanks for your interest. No, I mean when one clicks on the customers email address next to their name in the top left of their page. (BO - Customer) There is an email address link next to their name - currently when I click on it opens up an email in my personal OE so it looks as though I am not sending from my PS. For order notifications there is the message area in the bottom left of the page. (PS1.3.2 which I use)

justdogwalking.com
Sorry the screen shot would not post in the earlier post so I will try again here. The screen shot will not post onto the forum Any ideas?
tomerg3
You would basically need to go the the page where you see the email option you want (in will be one of the AdminXxxxxx.php file in your admin/tabs/ folder), look for the code that handles the message, and copy it to AdminCustomers.php to the place where the current email link is located.
