zybxtv Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 in my products catalog each product has different weight, and which will cost different shipping fee, but what we can do for this: for example, one product weight 0.5lb, so shipping cost $7.00, but if customer order 8, that mean 8 product weight 4lb, however shipping cost no change, is there anyone can help me make the weight of the products and the shipping cost related, I don't know how to make it work, thanks. (BO > Shipping > Weight ranges). - Are the relevant costs for each range/carrier combination setup? (BO > Shipping > Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges). - Has the carrier 'According to total weight' selected or the 'Choice of range' is set as 'According to total weight' (BO > Shipping ) and the carrier has 'Default behavior' selected in 'Billing'? (BO > Shipping > Carriers > carrier) If answer to all of the above is yes then upload screen captures of all Shipping, Carriers, Weight ranges tabs and post the links to upload here.
