alsheron
Hi, I'm having some trouble installing Prestashop on my ReadyNAS device. I realise this may be unusual but Apache PHP and MySQL are all running on it perfectly along with PHPMyadmin. The problem I'm having is simply that on the ReadyNAS, it will not allow writing to any folders in the website share via HTTP and forces the folder to become Read-Only for HTTP. I haven't found any way around this on the ReadyNAS itself because i think it's a security feature. So my question is: Is there a relatively simply way to modify Prestashop config files so that it writes it's files "locally" on the server itself rather that across or using HTTP? I'd greatly appreciate some help with this as I've looked through the php files but because i'm a beginner PHP developer I can't figure out if it is possible or easy? Thanks!
