Paypal woes

for the last 2 days no one has been able to use paypal to pay thus causing me major problems, it took paypal 1 day to reply and as expected they say it's nothing to do with them, this is the message I receive from prestashop each time someone tries to pay with paypal, I updated my api settings and it solves it short term but then starts not working again

just tried buying something from my site as a guest and get this message instead of the checkout taking me to the paypal site

 

AUTHORISATION TO PAYPAL FAILED

so paypal say it's not their fault, support ticket is filed with prestashop first thing this morning, still un-resolved, wow what great service and what a great forum!

from your ticket I can see which ps 1.4.1.0 (please always post your ps version), what is your paypal version?

 

I searched but found nothing like your error except your ticket, that is probably why (along with missing versions) the forum has been of little use to this point. Your the first!...

 

You might try unchecking paypal express and trying it again to see if same error.
