bttrfls79
Hey all! I am using prestashop to set up my online store front, and I seem to have hit a snag. I sell items that are personalized, with like a name or saying or anything like that, but I do not know how to make a box for them to be able to type what they would like in it. Can anyone help me with this? Anna [email protected]
Rhapsody
when you setup the product in the back office, you'll see something like these below the main tab menu: 1. Info. 2. Images 3. Prices 4. Combinations 5. Features 6. Customization 7. Attachments Click on customization, then select the number of fields you want to have custom data types in by the customer. Click Update Settings, then add the titles to the text boxes that appear, and check if the field is mandatory or optional.
Janarro
Is there any way this can be done by CSV? I have a lot of personalized products and it would obviously be easier to do this before the product is uploaded. Thanks for any assistance.
