Help setting up prestashop shipping cost scenarios, rules, and destinations

The theme I am using is fashion-prestashop-theme---orange---prs020035

I need to setup the site so the following parameters are in place.

 

1.) Shipping to default automatically to USPS

 

2.) Shipping cost as follows:

• USA $4.75 + $2 each additional item (usps first class mail)
  
• CANADA $5.75 + $2 each additional item (interanational first class mail
  
• Elsewhere Worldwide $8.75 + $3 each additional item
  
• Free shipping on all orders over $125
  
• No shipping to RUSSIA/ russian federation, Kazakhstan, Iraq or China
  

3.) I need to ensure the following:

• it automatically combines shipping if two or more items are ordered
  
• Please ensure that the correct shipping price will be on their invoice based on their country
  

4.) Finally, the Item Category Links are displayed vertically in the left column of the screen. I need to display the category links horizontally under th top section of the browser. How do I move this module. Is it as simple as changing it to the different area?

 

Can someone in the know hook me up with instructions, or tips to get me on the right track as quickly as possible, if these parameters can even be setup.

Actualy I had the same problem, and I resolved it by writing transport plugin to fit my needs.

@Adam Akhirat: if you have some programming skill I can send you my module source code and you can fit it for your needs. However if you are searching for some automated solutions I didn't found one yet, and didn't coded plugin for sale yet.
