Can't access catalog

Hi Guys,

 

I've installed PrestaShop 1.4.7 on my local machine. The following is my specs:

 

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

RAM: 4G

MS IIS 7.5

PHP 5.4

MySQL 5.1.59 Community

 

I couldn't access Catalog tab, whenever I clicked on Catalog tab, it returned the following error:

 

PHP Notice: Array to string conversion in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\prestashop\classes\AdminTab.php on line 190

 

If I access New category, New product or New voucher through Quick Access, it will return the same error too.

 

Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Thank you very much.
