paul.stringer Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 We are running a prestashop business and a customer contacted us today and contacted us, stating: Customer message: You might want to check your security settings. I typed in my email address and password and was given the wrong account name and billing address to use for purchases. We have checked everthing, created new accounts, logged in and out of accounts and also used the customers account to replicate the issue. We have not been able to replicate the issue, does anyone know of a bug that would cause this? Any help would be appreciated.
