I did some searches for this issue, not much on prestashop...basically the authcontroller will redirect to my-account.php.

I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider to see if they can provide any detail.

Hi stuartvideo,

In your module/statsdata/statsdata.php file, please comment out the following line (should be around line 189):

$params['cookie']->id_guest = $guest->id;

For some users, we've found there to be a conflict between PHP cookies and redirection, and this change has been found to help resolve it in those situations.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Hi, big Mike! I have just moved one shop to a new host. But I needed to reset password to enter backend, and also I have profile at the front, where I needed to reset password again. All of my customers I guess can't login, and probably wondering why they can't access they accounts. This topic is after new install, but i have just migrated from one host to other. Is this solution work for me too?

please try php version 5.5.x

I feel that all my efforts that I used to configure my online Presta shop and update data in it has wasted at this point. what will I do of this Free and good looking app when it's useless for me after configuration. no one can Login or buy anything on it. it's just like a good catalog not a cart.

http://www.symphony.com.pk/shop/index.php?controller=authentication

I'm very disappointed

did you change php version?  Also look you are on old timey version of PS, maybe it's time to invest in an update with new kick arse theme.  You have been running a ps (I assume 1.4 since you  posted on this topic) for a long time...and everything  around  you has changed so you may have to as well.
