Numerous errors after update

Hi,

 

I have recently updated our shop (http://homeflair.org.uk) from v1.3.7.0 to v1.4.7.0. The up-to-date version is in the directory /prestashop0/ for now. I've been working on this update for three days now, basically going around in circles. The old version of Prestashop had a "Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query!" error, even though I've updated/corrected the settings.inc.php and config files, which I just put down to a database corruption, so hence the trying-to-update to 1.4.7.0.

 

Now with version 1.4.7.0, I can access the backoffice section at /admin1 but the front page doesn't work (http://homeflair.org.uk/prestashop0/) - it shows a blank page. I have also noticed that the modules don't show and the catalog page in the backoffice isn't showing any categories or products - I did manage to upload the products through a .csv file, but I haven't been able view them. It's like the page half loads, as you can only see the backoffice navigation links at the top, but nothing below.

 

There have been a number of problems through the server, but I'm not sure if that's because of my update or if it's their server failing? Currently, every page on the domain shows as "The connection has timed out. The server at homeflair.org.uk is taking too long to respond." I can't access the ftp when it's like this either.

 

Any help is much appreciated! I'm getting a bit stressed out to be honest!
