Hi,

I'm experiencing the following problem:

 

when the customer chooses as a bank transfer payment system in e-mail that arrives to the customer and where they should appear to read the bank to make a transfer appear rather illegible writing the following:

bankwire_home_html {}

IBAN: {} bankwire_iban

BIC: {} bankwire_bic

 

What has happened? I state that the form for that type of payment I regularly put the IBAN so I do not understand why nonb then appear in the e-mail.
