Horizontal menu products show up

My customer is looking someone who will modify horizontal menu to show up products

when you hover on this.

 

I guess the best way to do that is to modify blocktopmenu, which have option to show

categories then after hover it's shows subcategories just need to show selected products

in few columns.

 

Please tell me the price, and I will send you my customer details.
