< SOLVED > How to configure shipping according to total cart price?

Hi Friends,

 

Can anyone tell me how to configure shipping according to total cart price? I have 2 shipping options.

 

1st one is if order value is less than 70 Dollar then shipping will be done using registered post.

 

2nd option is if order value is more than 70 Dollar then will be sent through express post.

 

But if I add products whose value is less than 70$ into the cart, Still in shipping it shows both the shipping options, instead of the option which we set for that price range.
