Guest
Have you checked, Back Office > Modules > Positions to see if you can move it?
VNguyen
I'm sure it's CSS related things.

Guest
gchidiac, can you move it at all. I want to know if you can move it down and then back again.
Guest
More things to try, Go to modules and click the “Reset” link. If that doesn’t work try uninstalling and reinstalling your cart. Temporarily rename the BlockCart module folder and replace it with a fresh copy. Do the same with your CSS files.
gchidiac
after doing some tests it seems that the blockuserinfo is causing the problem and i'm not able to move it at all, also i tried to uninstall it and remove the folder but nothing worked. Guest
Are you sure you are uninstalling the right copy. Sometimes there will be one in the main module directory and another in your theme folder. But from what I see you are using a default theme that has just the CSS adjusted right? Also do you have Back Office > Preferences > Performance Force compile set to yes and Cache set to no while you test changes?
