URGENT: unable to access backoffice

This morning I was in the backoffice processing an order, then all of a sudden an hour later I am no longer able to access the backoffice whatsover. All I get is an error:

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

 

I ave spend the last 10 hours or more looking through this annoying forum trying to find the solution but cannot seem to find one.

 

Anyone have a clue as to what is causing this?
