deerhen Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 Hi everyone, In February 2010, I paid "Sole Inc." US$800 with my credit card as a deposit for a Fujikura 2000 Massage Chair on its website. It has two websites: "www.thefactoryoutlet.com" & "www.goodchairs.com". It has two offices: "14950 NE 95th St. Suite A, Redmond, WA 98052" & "317 112th Ave NE, Apt 1322, Bellevue, WA 98004". It turned out the whole thing was a scam, a fake. Initially, they kept telling me the product on backorder. It took too long and so I didn't want to continue waiting and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, it was too late to file a dispute through credit card company's procedure (a trick they got me into). Repeated demands of refund to Sole Inc were totally futile. Making complaints through "Better Business Bureau" was no use since they ignored BBB. I know I can never get my money back, but I have to make it known and so other people won't fall into their fraudulent activites ever again. Its owner goes by the name "Remy (judging by her accent, probably a Chinese woman). They may already shut down their websites, phone lines, offices. But, if they ever set up phony companies/websites again, please be alert, tell other people and call the police. We do keep a list of these sorts of sites to protect future users, so I will add this to the list.
