Geek Mega Menu error ads and slide show is over lapping the menu drop down

I am using Geek Mega Menu and when the images in the underlying ads and slide show box

move or change they are over lapping the menu drop down.

an anyone give me a solution?

yes we have contacted the developers.

After an initial help that corrected the problem they have been unresponsive to our help request when the problem returned after further developments of our site.

Yes, it is correct to say that we did a good support for you and your issue actually was fixed by our developers. When you edit your site the issue was back.

It seem that this morning the issue of the overlapping image was resolved but since then we have edited the website and the problem has returned.

Can you let me know what you did to resolve this as we are going through a number of changed to our site and belive this is a problem that will keep re accuring as we add additional slides

We have many customers and we have limited time so could not fix and fix again same issue. And somehow your message was come to me in Spam folder that is why you did not receive my response from your last email. In my mind your issue was fixed completely.

 

Anyway let talk directly with our tech lead on skype hungdo2007 to have quick solution.

Don't hold your breath. The developers only got back to me after I asked presto shop admin to contact them it took 2 weeks by that time I had uninstalled the the menu and replaced it with advanced top menu. I will never deal with geek again. Not very happy and they didn't even offer a refund. Good luck you'll need it.

Hi Nikk,

Is your current menu the "Advance top menu"? Was it easy to configure?

I´ve been writing to "geek" for a few days, requesting back office access to test drive their mega menu, but no news so far... If they are so quick to respond to a potential sale, I couldn´t imaging for a technical issue...

Please confirm this and if that´s the case, I´ll purchase the advance top menu.
