After an initial help that corrected the problem they have been unresponsive to our help request when the problem returned after further developments of our site. Hi Nikk, Yes, it is correct to say that we did a good support for you and your issue actually was fixed by our developers. When you edit your site the issue was back. Here is your email i did a quick check. The developers only got back to me after I asked presto shop admin to contact them it took 2 weeks by that time I had uninstalled the the menu and replaced it with advanced top menu. I´ve been writing to "geek" for a few days, requesting back office access to test drive their mega menu, but no news so far... If they are so quick to respond to a potential sale, I couldn´t imaging for a technical issue... Please confirm this and if that´s the case, I´ll purchase the advance top menu.
