This webpage has a redirect loop

After a new installation MySQL, PHP and latest PrestaShop 1.4.7 under Windows Server 2003 (all upgrades installed), everything in administration works great.

BUT, if I try open frontend homepage, the 'redirect loop' is reported.

I tried MSI and manual installation of PHP, have checked installation guides many time with now successfully result.

Even i installed presta shop v 1.4.8.2

the back end shop is working fine....but whe i ope the front shop, i get the following message...
