Mike Kranzler
hawkhost I've actually never heard of this hosting provider, but I would recommend that you give them a call about this, as this does not appear to be an issue with PrestaShop. If you are interested, I would be happy to recommend some better hosting providers for using PrestaShop that offer preferred rates for our users. -Mike
Loveme
Hi Mike i just asked my webhost support and they said it's not server problem and they can't help anything, it appears to be a .htaccess authentication issue or something so they suggest to ask the developer . can you help me? Mike Kranzler
Hi Loveme, Is that what the hosts said, that it was an issue with .htaccess authentication? If you would like to regenerate your .htaccess, you can do so in your Back Office under Tools > Generators. I hope this helps. -Mike
Loveme
No, they even check my htaccess file and found nothing you can download my htaccess file http://www.mediafire...ep8uq0vtsucpo5. They also check my files and can't find "en" file. Last they can't find anything to fix this issue and suggest me to ask the developer. yes Mike, I'm also generating .htaccess many time and nothing happen with the shop. i'm also install new prestashop on different sub domain http://www.my.tremille.com/ and it work well. so i guess there is some missconfiguration or missing file. In this situation, yes it does appear that you could be missing some file(s) from your installation. The quickest thing to do would be a clean reinstall, but if you're not willing to do that, you can always download a fresh copy of your PS version and compare the files one by one to try to identify what may be missing. I hope this helps. -Mike

Loveme
Yeah FINALLY i fix this issue Mike and not because of missing file or what...because i just replace all files with new files....the result still same...but it's because some module crashing each other. In previous theme of prestashop have no header so i'm install custom module for header and then when new theme released by presta i change to the new theme which have header and i don't deactivited my module so they crashing each other.
