carrier listing problem of USPS module

Though in configuring the USPS module, I selected only one Delivery Services :

First-Class Mail (2-3 days) [COMMERCIAL RATE]

 

in the Carriers page, as you could see in the attached image, there are listing of

 

55 USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) Express Mail (1-2 days)

56 USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) Express Mail (1-2 days)

 

51 USPS First-Class Mail (2-3 days) First-Class Mail (2-3 days)

52 USPS First-Class Mail (2-3 days) First-Class Mail (2-3 days)

...

 

Some shipping method seems to be duplicated. I am not sure whether this is related to there are both "REGULAR RATE" and "COMMERCIAL RATE" in those shipping methods.

 

Any ideas?

I believe your presumption is correct and that one is for Regular and the other is for Commercial.

But I selected only one choice in the configure page of USPS module.

Now I don't know which is used for Regular rate and which is for the Commercial rate, cause they have exactly the same names listed in the Carriers page...
