Torbz
Hi folks, I have a client who would like to receive notifications of items that have become out of stock, or a centralised list of items that need re-ordering from suppliers that can be downloaded in some tangible data format like XLS, CSV etc. Is there some part of this functionality in the core of PS or is there a module or combination of modules that already do this? thanks Torbz
Mike Kranzler
Hi Torbz, You can set up stock notifications using the built-in Mail Alerts module. I hope this helps. -Mike
Torbz
That's a good start, I was thinking to also have an export function for items out of stock into a spreadsheet, so the client can re-order items from their supplier quickly and easily. Hi Torbz, In that case, you may want to check out this module. I hope this helps. -Mike
